1. What One Funding is — and is not

One Funding is a referral and lead-generation service. We connect small businesses with independent financing providers. We are not a lender, bank, credit union, or broker-dealer. We do not extend credit, make credit decisions, underwrite, or set rates or terms. Any financing you obtain is provided by a third party under that party’s own agreement with you.

2. No guarantee of funding

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee an introduction, an offer, an approval, or funding of any amount. All decisions rest solely with the financing providers. Nothing on this site is an offer or commitment to lend, a rate quote, or financial, legal, or tax advice.

3. Using the site

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current information in any inquiry
• Submit inquiries only for a business you are authorized to represent
• Not scrape, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the site or its form

We may decline or discontinue service to anyone at our discretion.

4. Text messaging

If you check the SMS consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from One Funding about your inquiry and related financing options. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. 5. Third parties

Financing providers we introduce you to are independent businesses. We are not responsible for their products, decisions, terms, disclosures, or conduct. Review any financing agreement carefully — including cost, payment schedule, and fees — before you sign it.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Funding will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the site or any introduction we make. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

7. Intellectual property

The site’s content, design, and the One Funding name and mark belong to us. Don’t copy or use them without written permission.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
